Refund policy

All bookings are final.

Brand Rentals does not offer refunds for change of mind, cancellations, or failure to wear the garment. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, your reservation is secured and cannot be refunded.

Please ensure you have selected the correct dress, size, and rental dates before completing your booking. If you have any questions prior to booking, we are happy to assist.
